Vary from $100 – $180 per 55-minute psychotherapy session, depending on clinician experience and expertise.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Most of our clinicians are currently considered in network with the following insurance companies: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care, Amerihealth and Health Options. We accept all Delaware Medicaid plans but are not Florida or Pennsylvania Medicaid providers.
You can check your coverage by contacting your insurance provider and asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
Is Life Fully Lived,LLC considered in network?
If not, do I have out of network benefits/ Am I allowed to see a provider that is not in network?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
What is my co pay per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician
If you prefer to pay as you go or, have out of network benefits, we can provide a superbill for you to seek reimbursement. You will be provided an estimate before beginning services in compliance with the “No Surprises Act.”
All major credit, debit cards and employer funded Health Savings Accounts are accepted for payment at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a fee of $80.00.
