Hannah Shevitz, LACMH is a (NCC) nationally certified counselor and licensed associate counselor of mental health. Hannah provides individual therapy for adolescents and adults, ages 14 and older, as well as counseling for couples
Hannah has a graduate degree in mental health counseling from Villanova University. She has experience working as a crisis counselor and therapist in the private practice setting. She also has experience working as a health education teacher in the public-school setting, which has provided her with valuable insight into the struggles that students and young adults might face. Hannah has a specialized interest in working with emerging adults and adult populations navigating trauma, sexual health and relational issues, depression, and anxiety. She values collaboration with her clients and believes that clients are the experts of their own lives. In treatment, she utilizes complimentary techniques and methodologies from attachment, psychodynamic, internal family systems, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Hannah is an empathetic, warm, and personable therapist who strives to work alongside her clients in their individualized counseling journey. Hannah is supervised by Megan L Doyle, LPCMH.
