Brainspotting
“We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.” -Anais Nin
Brainspotting is used to treat a variety of concerns. It’s unique in that it is highly effective at reaching the “experience” of issues at hand versus the ideas, thoughts and narrative around them. Our clinicians Megan L Doyle, LPCMH (Phase 3+ Expansion), Heather La Scala, LCSW (Phase 1) and Cheryl Wilson, LPCMH (Phase 1) are trained Brainspotting practitioners.
