Life Fully Lived, LLC is recruiting adult clients for a new trauma foundations group. This is an 8 week group for adults impacted by interpersonal abuse in childhood. This expressive arts, CBT and psycho-educational group will focus on establishing & building safety, tools, resources and community. Clients will graduate group with the foundation and readiness to more effectively engage in experiential & somatic trauma processing with their own individual clinician
