Tess Huddleston

Tess is a graduate of the Master's of Social Work (MSW) program at Bryn Mawr University. She also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware, where she specialized in Domestic Violence Prevention and Services.

Tess is passionate about creating a therapeutic space rooted in safety, empathy, and empowerment, where clients feel supported in exploring their challenges and working toward meaningful change. Her approach is grounded in a strong belief in the power of healthy relationships and personal growth. Tess works collaboratively with clients to help them build resilience, heal from past trauma, and develop the tools they need to navigate life's challenges. Whether addressing anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, or life transitions, Tess provides a compassionate and non-judgmental environment that fosters trust, self-reflection, and lasting transformation.Tess is dedicated to empowering clients to live authentically, strengthen their coping skills, and to create fulfilling, balanced lives.
