Kayleigh Aubin is a (NCC) nationally board certified (LACMH) licensed associate counselor of mental health, providing therapy for individual adolescents and adults aged 13 and older located in the state of Delaware.
Kayleigh specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, crisis care management, and LGBTQ+. Her person-centered approach allows her to integrate techniques such as trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness to work with clients to progress toward their therapeutic goals. Kayleigh approaches therapy as an opportunity to use her empathy and curiosity to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to learn about themselves, grow, and address challenges that may impact interactions and feelings about the world.
